Contribution: Principal-in-Charge and Lead Designer. Developed the overall planning and housing concept, directing the design of conceptual housing prototypes (in collaboration with the project architect) and site studies while guiding the project team through final production.

The Cottage Housing Study explored how compact cottage-style homes could provide a compatible missing-middle housing option on a constrained infill site. Conceptual housing prototypes and a site-wide development model demonstrated how flexible home designs and shared open space could create an attractive, context-sensitive neighborhood while responding to varying site conditions. The study provided a practical tool for evaluating the feasibility of cottage housing as a future development strategy.
