Location: Research Triangle Region, North Carolina

Contribution: Principal Urban Designer. Developed initial neighborhood planning concepts, hand sketches, and final illustrative master plan.

This master plan established the framework for a traditional neighborhood development on a suburban greenfield site. The plan organized a mix of walk-up apartments and townhomes around a connected network of streets, pocket parks, a small community center, and pedestrian connections that linked the community to adjacent trails and future development sites.
