Contribution: Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager. Collaborated with the project architect to develop the modernization strategy, guiding the planning process, community engagement, and overall vision for reinvesting in the existing neighborhoods. Continued in a senior advisory role during implementation to help maintain continuity between the master plan and architectural design.

This plan established a long-term vision for reinvesting in two existing public housing communities through thoughtful rehabilitation rather than wholesale redevelopment. Working within the existing buildings and site framework, the plan improved housing layouts, architectural character, community facilities, and site amenities while preserving the neighborhood residents already called home. The project is currently under construction through a phased LIHTC-funded implementation program.
