Housing & Park Master Plan

Client: Confidential Municipality

Location: Walton County, Georgia

Contribution: Principal-in-Charge, Lead Urban Designer, and Project Manager. Developed the planning and design concept through hand-drawn sketches, led the design process, and directed production of the final illustrative master plan and supporting graphics.

The Master Plan establishes a new neighborhood framework that combines a reimagined public park with a mix of housing types. A new street network positions the park as the focal point of the development while creating opportunities for cottage homes, townhomes, and multiplex housing that reconnect the site to the surrounding community. The plan provides the City with a practical framework for future park improvements while giving staff a valuable tool to engage private developers as the site moves toward redevelopment.
