Contribution: Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, and Lead Urban Designer. Directed project strategy and content development while leading a multidisciplinary team of consultants through planning, community engagement, and final master plan production.

The Grantville Downtown Master Plan established a vision for strengthening the city's historic downtown through strategic public investment and context-sensitive infill development. A new town green anchored by the adaptive reuse of a historic depot building created the civic heart of the plan, complemented by recommendations for downtown redevelopment, neighborhood connectivity, and future trail connections. The master plan provides the City with a practical roadmap for long-term revitalization while building on Grantville's existing character.
