Contribution: Principal-in-Charge and Lead Urban Designer. Led the overall planning and urban design vision while directing the design team in the development of the master plan, massing studies, and illustrative materials.

This master plan transformed an aging commercial property into a vibrant urban mixed-use district while responding sensitively to an adjacent residential neighborhood. The plan concentrated new development around a central public plaza, established a planned connection to a future multi-use trail and transit stop, and organized building massing to step down toward surrounding homes while maximizing long-range views. The resulting framework demonstrated how increased density, multimodal connectivity, and thoughtful urban design can work together to create a context-sensitive, walkable destination.
