Contribution: Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, and Lead Urban Designer. Led development of the physical planning framework through iterative planning studies while collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary consultant team, County staff, and project stakeholders. Played a key role in shaping the entitlement by defining the project's physical development parameters and regulatory framework.

The Ferry Road Master Plan established a long-term vision for the redevelopment of a 150+ acre county-owned property along the French Broad River. Guided by an ecological assessment prepared by the project team, the master plan concentrated development within the site's most suitable areas while preserving significant natural resources and creating neighborhoods organized around public spaces with views to the river. The adopted master plan and entitlement provide a framework for future phased implementation.
