Contribution: Principal-in-Charge, Project Manager, Lead Urban Designer, and public engagement strategist.

This downtown master plan established a long-term framework for strengthening Auburn's historic center while addressing the influence of university growth, student housing, and game-day activity. Development districts, public improvement priorities, and design guidelines encouraged a more walkable, mixed-use downtown while reinforcing the city's identity and supporting future investment.

An extensive public engagement process helped shape the plan through well-attended workshops, innovative outreach activities, and community surveys. The resulting vision balanced the needs of residents, businesses, students, and the university while creating a practical roadmap for continued downtown revitalization.
